Our Educators
To meet the standards of the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA), our school ensures that each classroom has qualified professionals who bring both passion and compliance with Ontario’s licensing requirements:
Montessori Teachers (Casa and Toddler Guides):
Montessori-certified educators provide understanding of child development and guide a high-quality, child-focused learning experience.
Supervisor or Designate:
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring all programs meet Ministry standards.
Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs):
Required in licensed centres, RECEs provide expert knowledge of child development and support a high-quality learning environment.
Nutrition & Support Services:
Healthy meals and snacks are catered daily by a trusted local provider, ensuring balanced nutrition and convenience for families.
Assistants / Support Staff:
Caring team members who work alongside Montessori teachers and RECEs to provide a safe, nurturing classroom.

At Starlings, we believe that learning thrives when children feel supported both emotionally and academically. That’s why we proudly collaborate with Hatch-Me Therapy & Counselling Services, a trusted provider of child and family mental health support.
Through this partnership, families have access to external therapy resources if they wish, and our educators are guided with tools that support social-emotional growth in the classroom. This ensures your child’s learning journey is supported holistically — mind, body, and heart.
